How do you reset a strong spa?
Reset the GFCI breaker by switching the breaker to the full OFF position, wait a moment, then turn the breaker back on. The spa should have power again.
How do I reset my spa pump?
Your pump will require a reset occasionally during the use of the spa. Please follow these steps:
- Unplug the pump from the socket.
- Whilst the pump is unplugged press the thermal reset button in and hold for 5 seconds.
- Plug the pump back in to the socket.
- Set the pump to heat and allow for 5-6 hours of heating.
Why won’t my hot tub jets turn on?
When jets start failing, the most likely case is that your hot tub pump is not working correctly. Open the access panel and the airlock valve close to the pump. This releases air from the line and purge system, allowing more water to stream through the jets. Clogged filters or water intakes can also cause jet issues.
